Breed Fun Facts

There are two types of Corgis, Pembroke and Cardigan. The names come from the areas of Whales which they were bred. The Pembroke has no tail and the Cardigan does. Corgis were bred to be herding dogs. The word Corgi in Welsh means dwarf dog. The Corgi has been the breed of choice for the British Royal Family for many decades.
